Patients will always be offered a face to face consultations where clinically necessary

The patient 'self book' appointment slots will be a telephone consultation in the first instance.

All telephone consultations are recorded for training and monitoring purposes

diary_appointmentWe operate on an appointment system and bookings can be made by telephone or by visiting the surgery during opening hours.

Emergencies are dealt with on the same day by the duty doctor.

We have five Doctors and a highly experienced UCP. If you prefer to see one of them in particular please let us know when you make your appointment.

You can call any of our telephone numbers and book appointments at any of our sites just let the Receptionist know where you would prefer to be seen.

Please note that an appointment is for one person only. If another member of your family needs to be seen please let the receptionist know before the appointment time as it is unlikely that they will be seen without an appointment.

All children under 16 should be accompanied by an adult.

Practice Nurse & Pharmacists

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with our practice nurse or one of our clinical pharmacists rather than a doctor. They are qualified to deal with many conditions and you may be seen more quickly.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
